With the passing of Bond Measure K on November 2, 2010, the Forestville Union School District Board of Trustees appointed the following members as the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee at the January 13, 2011 Regular Board Meeting:
Leslie Zumwalt, business organization member
Conrad Bauman, senior citizen's organization member
John Pearson, bona fide taxpayers' organization member
David Ramlia, parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the District
Mary Ellen Palmer, parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the District and who is active in a parent-teacher organization, such as the PTA or schoolsite council
Chris Uebel, member selected from the public at large
Vacant, member selected from the public at large
The first meeting of the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee will be held on Friday, February 24th at 4:00 in the Library Conference Room on the school site. The Committee will review the purpose of the Measure K Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee, review the duties and functions of the Committee, discuss the website and meeting schedule, elect the Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary, review the Measuer K timeline, review projects approved by the District Board of Trustees, review expenditures by the District, review the annual performance audit report and financial audit, and consider approval of the Measure K Citizen's Bond Oversight Committee annual report and annual Statement of Compliance.
